How does it work?

Recent research shows that this web-based programs in mindfulness can reduce stress. Only 10 minutes of exercise a day makes a difference.

We recommend you to practice 10 min, 6 days a week in 4 weeks.

The training program contains

  • Seven different Mindfulness exercises.
  • Advice on training a couple of times per week via audio files.
  • Everyday exercises to help you put your formal training into action in everyday life.

When you have finished all steps, you can start again if you want. Either follow the same structure or perform the exercises you need for that particular day.

Regular training in mindfulness can, among other things, help you with:

💆‍♀️ Reduce your stress

💤 Better sleep

🤯 Reduce your anxiety

🔍 Increase your ability to focus

❤️‍🩹 Easily recover

⚖️ Better balance own needs against those of others

🫶 Reduce negative thinking

🌀 Be more flexible

🆗 Able to face adversity

It should not be in any particular way when we practice mindfulness. It is as it is from time to time. You should not perform anything, achieve anything or change anything when you do the exercises. Instead, see what you discover.

Remember to always be careful and friendly with yourself, no matter how it goes with the training or anything else in life ♡
