This e-course is a way to try a number of short exercises (10 min) so that you can gain experience of what mindfulness is and can provide. The e-course helps you reduce stress, increase focus and replenish energy.

Research shows that even short-term training in mindfulness increases the ability to focus and make decisions as well as manage stress. Working memory increases and also the ability to maintain emotional balance in the face of difficulties.

How does it work?

This training program contains exercises that are approximately 10 minutes long. You get the best results when you train about once a day five days a week until the end of the program. You can of course set up your training as it suits you best.

The training program contains

  • Seven different Mindfulness exercises.
  • Advice on training a couple of times per week via audio files.
  • Everyday exercises to help you put your formal training into action in everyday life.

When you have finished all steps, you can start again if you want. Either follow the same structure or perform the exercises you need for that particular day.

When does the course start and finish?

The e-course is available throughout the period you pay for and is automatically renewed until you choose to complete it. You decide when you start and when you end your subscription. When you have completed all the steps in your e-course, we recommend that you start again and either follow the same structure or choose the exercises per day that suit you best. Remember that it is the regular exercise that has the greatest effect on your brain and your health.

What if I am unhappy with the course?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.

How do I unsubscribe?

You end your subscription yourself, via the link in the menu.

How do I find documents that belong to the course?
